Education & Curriculum

The Button Farm Living History Center will have a full schedule of programs for school groups beginning in September 2009. We key our programs to the Montgomery County School curriculum and other school district curricula by request. We work with primary and secondary school groups in public, private and home school settings. Programs can be tailored to the needs of physically challenged and at-risk youth groups as well.

Our current programs focus on Plantation Life, Slavery and The Underground Railroad.
